Can You Cancel Your Vivint Contract?
If you’re in the middle of your contract, you either need to pay the full account balance or you have someone take over the rest of your agreement. This person must be considered qualified by Vivint before the contract transfer takes place.
Vivint offers a few exceptions to the cancellation penalties during your contract. If certain extenuating circumstances occur, such as bankruptcy, death, a move to an assisted living home, or military deployment, then they will cancel the contract without requiring a buyout or transfer.
