MobileHelp Smart Ratings

MobileHelp Smart is one of the lesser known brands of smartwatches. It is designed to provide for the medical alert needs of the user. It is an advanced system with some key features that help to make it the type of smartwatch today’s active senior needs to have in order to remain connected while on the go.

  • It looks and feels like a durable, rugged watch
  • It offers a fast response time
  • GPS tracking equipped
  • Features for monitoring health

  • It is more expensive out of pocket
  • Doesn’t offer fall detection
  • Does not include any type of messaging service

The MobileHelp Smart is a durable watch that is designed to feel like a sophisticated tool. It is a good looking watch and doesn’t look at all like a medical alert system, which some people can easily appreciate. It has nice features such as a microphone and speaker built into it. It also has a solid construction that can handle falls and even getting wet.

When there is an emergency, there is 24/7 emergency monitoring help available based out of the U.S. There are also customizable apps that can allow the user to track their health and wellbeing.

Features & Technology

The MobileHelp Smart is designed to look and feel like a rugged watch, but its features make it a must-have for many people.

Military-Grade Hardware

Some people are really on the go and need an advanced design. The MobileHelp Smart is designed to provide military-grade hardware with it. That can handle the water, the drops, and all of the use a person can throw at it.

4G Cell Connection

To remain connected, the watch uses a 4G cell connection. This is a component of the monthly charge. It allows for easy to access connectivity for the user and reliability across the country. To enhance its functionality, this watch also features a GPS system built into it.

Samsung Health

Another of the benefits of the watch is the Samsung Health feature. This is a unique and rather comprehensive system that allows for monitoring a variety of health aspects. It is possible to customize it by the person’s features such as height, weight, and birthdate. Once programmed (which can take some time) it then can help with tracking steps walked, floors climbed, calories burned, cups of caffeine consumed, and how much water a person drinks.

Heart Rate Monitoring

For those who wish to continue to workout and track how well they are doing, the MobileHelp Smart also uses a heart rate monitor through one of its sensors. With the flip of the band, it is possible to monitor heart rate while working out, for example.

Weather App

There is also a customizable weather app available. This allows the user to get a projected weather forecast. It does more than just tell you temperature but also provides information about when it will rain, how the UV index is, and when the sun sets.

Response for Medical Needs

The MobileHelp Smart also has a fast, push-button design for obtaining help in an emergency. This is managed by a U.S.-based emergency response team. They will connect with the user, determine what is needed, and send help.

Ease of Use

The watch itself works well, but those who use it need to have some ability to learn how to navigate and manage it since it has various apps and tools built into it. This can take a bit of getting used to. Most of the watch is navigable by rotating the dial. Once learned, it can become a very easy to use feature.

Customer Service

The company offers a reliable service and product. It also maintains an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is a comprehensive online FAQ section and lots of informational tools online. For those with questions or who need help, it is possible to call the company toll free for more information.

The cost is very clear and straightforward. The watch itself costs $349.95 out of pocket. Then, there is a $24.95 monthly payment required. This monthly payment provides the necessary cellular connection needed for monitoring and connectivity.

The watch features a 1.3-inch face display. It has a stainless-steel bezel. This adds durability to the watch overall. The battery can provide for up to two days of use on a single charge. It offers an IP68 water durability standard and is dust resistant. It also has a steel bezel rotating app navigation feature.

For the senior that is tech savvy and looking for a watch to keep up with them, and offer a backup medical alert system, this is a great choice. Though a bit more pricy, it is one of the most reliable products for advanced connectivity on the market today.
