How Do I Connect Alexa to Abode?
If you want to connect Alexa to Abode, go to my.goabode.com and click on the Integrations page. Click “Add Smart Home Skill” and then “Continue to Amazon.” Sign into Amazon Alexa and then click “Enable.” Once redirected back to the Abode sign-in screen, log into your Abode account. Open the Alexa app on your device and click “Manage Devices in Smart Home.” Click on “Devices” and then “Discover Devices.” Select all smart home devices you want to be able to control with Alexa.
How Do You Test Abode Motion Sensor?
Put the motion sensor in Test Mode by pressing the function button once and then releasing. Leave the room to allow the motion camera to warm up for one minute. After it warms up, walk in front of the motion camera. A red LED will light up for two seconds if it detects motion. Repeat as needed to check the motion sensors’ detection range.

How Do I Reboot My Abode Gateway?
Reboot your Abode Gateway by pushing the battery switch on the back of the gateway to the OFF position. Remove power. Wait 30 seconds and then re-supply power. Switch the battery switch to the ON position. It takes two to three minutes for the gateway to turn back on.
How Do You Use the Abode Key Fob?
If the key fob came with the Abode kit, it is already paired with the gateway. Pull the battery tab and then use it. To pair an additional key fob, use the Abode web app at my.goabode.com. and follow the on-screen instructions.
