GreatCall’s Lively Mobile solution is available in several packages. These packages build on each other in value by providing additional support to you using the same device. For each plan, individuals select from the silver or gold Lively Mobile device. There is an upfront fee of $49.99 you will pay one time to purchase your device. Every device comes with outstanding features such as excellent response time to your needs and the use of highly trained and certified agents.

The Lively Mobile device itself is a small, lithium-ion device with long battery life. It offers verbal and tones for alerts and features a batter and service LED light. The system has a built-in GPS unit and it provides for range anywhere cell phone service is available in the US. The system is waterproof with a rating of IPX7, which means it can handle 3.3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. Added features such as GreatCall Link, which allows you to stay connected with family and friends and MedCoach, which allows you to schedule your medication and refill reminders make this service even more comprehensive and complete for today’s consumer.

Also available is the optional Lively Wearable. This device is an excellent tool to have for those who are busy and on the go. It is an urgent response button that works alongside an individual’s smartphone. It allows you to push a button to connect directly through your smartphone.
