Oco’s customer service options are relatively straightforward, with staff that is available 24/7. They know the product line well, so you get quick and knowledgeable answers whenever you need to reach out to customer support. They offer phone, live chat and email channels. Also, you can look through the help documentation for issues such as installation and configuration.


Oco’s home security cameras are reasonably priced and you don’t have to pay a monthly fee for basic cloud storage services. If you need to spread the cost of the equipment out over time, Oco offers Affirm payments, which is a monthly payment service. A 30-day money back guarantee protects you if you end up not liking this home security system.

You also have three paid cloud plans:

  • Cloud 1 is $4 per month or $40 per year. It supports 2 users, clips up to one hour long, and stores an unlimited number of clips for 24 hours.
  • Cloud 10 is $9 per month or $99 per year. It supports four users and stores clips for 10 days.
  • Cloud 30 is $19 per month or $199 per year. It stores the clips for 30 days and supports four users.

You pay this price per camera that you want to be covered.


Oco cameras feature a self-learning motion and sound detection system that reduces the potential for false alarms and learns from the way that it’s used.

Both local SD card and cloud storage are supported on many models. You can integrate the devices with IFTTT for home automation. Infrared night vision keeps your video feed crisp and clear even when you can’t see anything in the dark.

Two-way talking lets you communicate with pets, guests and scare off intruders.
